Reservations
We recommend that reservations be made two weeks prior to arrival. A major credit card is required to confirm your reservation. For booking during off-hours please leave a message and we will return your call at the start of the next business day.

Check-In Policy
Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled treatment. In order to maximize your spa experience we encourage you to shower prior to your service and to take advantage of the steam room, whirlpool and outdoor lap pool. Unfortunately late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.

Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel, we will assist you in rescheduling your appointment. To avoid a full rate charge, please provide 24 HOUR NOTICE. Cancellations within 24 hours and No-Shows will be charged the full treatment price.

Spa Attire
You will receive a robe and slippers and a locker for your personal belongings. Toiletries are available within the spa area. Please avoid bringing valuables.

Minimum Age Requirement
The minimum age requirement is 18 years old. Proof of age required. Restrictions may apply.

Spa Hours
Please call for hours of operation.

Health Concerns
Please advise your massage therapist or aesthetician if you have health concerns that may be adversely affected by your spa treatment.

Gift Cards
Please consult with our staff for any gift cards needs you may have.

Gratuities
An 18% service charge will be automatically added to your Spa charge. If you would like to leave additional gratuity, please see the front desk for a tip envelope.

General Etiquette
To preserve the tranquility of the Spa environment cellular phones and pagers are not allowed. Guests are requested to keep their voices at a minimum. Spa charges and policies are subject to change without notice.
